KUCHL LAKE FESTIVAL

The lake festival of Kuchl's volunteer fire brigade has been held in mid-August in the park by the Bürgerausee for over 30 years. A lively programme awaits you, with all-day live music, fun activities for children and boat trips on the Salzach. The musical event starts with morning drinks and the Kuchl musicians. At lunchtime, numerous lake festival visitors enjoy the outstanding cuisine. Of course, the plentiful supply of home-made cakes and gateaux is always on the menu, hitting the sweet spot every time. The lake festival is a family festival, and the children's programme is a valued part of it. It usually features a trampoline, bouncy castle, climbing wall, target spraying, handicrafts, face painting and much more. Live music on the large festival field soundtracks proceedings in the afternoon. In the evening, people relax at the cocktail bar, beer bar and wine bar and dance to laid-back music.
