You produce your own cheese here (approx. 850 g to take home) and become a Salzburg Alpine Summer cheesemaker (including certificate)!

Farm tour | Fürstenhof organic cheesery
Take a look behind the scenes of a cheesery. Learn about the farm and its products up close, and enjoy a cheese tasting.

13:30 a.m.
“Organic cosmetics” workshop | Fürstenhof organic cheesery
This workshop, including a Fürstenhof organic cosmetics certificate, comprises:
1x self-made organic cosmetic produced from whey
1x 30ml pot of self-made skincare cream
1x organic cosmetics info material and recipe
1x Fürstenhof "from milk to cheese" tour
1x information on the effect of various herbs on the skin
